Huxley House, 87 Avenue Road, Regents Park, NW8

A stately home in the heart of London

An exceptional house built on a larger than average plot of land in the leafy suburb of St. John's Wood, a few yards away from Regent's Park. World-renowned classical architects, Robert Adam Architects were commissioned to build a traditionally British house that might be mistaken for having been there for 200 years.

The 25,000 square foot house leaves nothing to be desired in a state-of-the-art home.

48 SLOANE SQUARE

The Quintessential Luxury Apartment

This Sloane Square property, built in 1904, boasts one of London’s best addresses. Today home to many of the world’s best fashion houses, this west facing apartment lies at the heart of the unique estate of the Cadogan family and directly overlooks the square bearing the family name of Sir Hans Sloane, notable for bequeathing his collection of natural history and curiosities to the nation paving the way for the foundation of the British Museum.

With seven windows facing west onto the square the views and natural light are unparalleled. The interiors are driven by the Art Deco movement, an assertively modern style that runs to symmetry rather than asymmetry, and to the rectilinear rather than the curvilinear. With three bedrooms and exceptional entertaining space it’s hard to find any compromise.

During the apartment's complete restoration, a perfectly preserved artefact was uncovered dating back to the pre-war era in which the building was constructed. A surprise gift we passed on to the new custodian.

Pont Street, Knightsbridge, SW1

A superyacht conceived within the first floor of this renowned Knightsbridge address

This experimental project was conceived and designed by the creators of among other things the famous Wally 118 Power yacht, Roman architectural practice Lazzarini Pickering Architetti. The brief was to exceed every conceivable standard of quality, efficiency and innovation. Standards previously considered exceptional were simply not good enough. Technology and pioneering techniques were all concealed behind the historic fabric of this converted 1867 built house. Tolerances exceeding even a millimetre were not permitted, and this is why the end product can only be described as a yacht rather than a residence. Expect the unexpected.
